[gelöst]Upstream zu langsam, bricht immer wieder zusammen

Folgendes Problem:

Mein eigentlicher möglicher Upstream von 448 kbs lässt sich nicht mehr erreichen.

Wenn ich z.B. eine P2P Software am laufen habe und stelle dort einen fixen upload ein von z.B. 10 kb/s dann werden diese oft nicht erreicht oder ich öffne den Upstream komplett dann bricht fast alles zusammen.
Oder ich habe beim Onlinedatteln Verbindungsaussetzter.
Beim arbeiten via FTP geht der Upload sehr schwankend von stande ( 20 kb/s oder höher werden nicht erreicht) oder setzt oft für ein paar Sekunden aus.
Geschwindigkeitstest bei speedmeter.de ergeben einen Upstream von ~1 kb/s, Download, Verbindungen und Ping sind i.O.
Auch ist oft das browsen sehr mühsam, Seiten werden teilweise erst nach nen wiederholten klick aufn Reload Button geladen.

Das sind erstmal die Sympthome, nun was habe ich schon gemacht um den Fehler einzugrenzen.

-ISP angerufen, Servicearbeiter hat den Anschluss geresettet, Dämpfung usw. soll alles ok sein, er meinte wohl noch, ich sollte mal Windows nutzten ob es da auch so ist :roll:
-Netzwerkkarte gewechselt
-Suse nochmal komplett neu
-zwei LiveCDs getestet (Knoppix, Kororaa)
-MTUs getestet
-DNS Server vom ISP direkt eingetragen
-IP6 aus

So nun stellt sich mir die frage ob es überhaupt an Linux, den Router oder gar doch am ISP liegt.
Für Tipps wäre ich dankbar.

Problem gelöst.
Der Switch im Router hat nen geist aufgegeben, wollte heute überhaupt nichts mehr machen.
Hatte nochmal schnell nen 2. Rechner hier aus Einzelteilen gebastelt und hatte dort das gleiche Problem. Also lag es nicht am PC.
Also Router eingepackt, nach Muttern hin und siehe da, nix geht.
Ab zum nächsten Händler, Router und Modem gekauft und man ist glücklich das alles voll läuft :)
Habe nun nen U.S. Robotics Wireless MAXg Router und nen Devolo dsl+ 1100 LAN Modem, hoffentlich taugen die Dinge was, jedenfalls macht der Router nen sehr guten Eindruck.
