1. Ich habe das Howto gelesen.
- gleich mehr dazu.
Mein erster Schritt war, dass ich diese Anleitung nachvollzogen habe (das ist nötig, da schon bei der Scanner-Konfiguration in Yast darauf hingewiesen wird, dass ein FirmwareUpdate nötig ist).
Allerdings hat das noch nichts gebracht. Beim Starten von xsane kommt "Keine Geräte Erreichbar".
Wenn ich es als root probieren will, kommt eine Apokalyptische Warnung ala "Das ist wirklich GEFÄHRLICH!!!!1 11!" Deshalb habe ich die Finger davon gelassen.
Dann habe ich das Howto durchgelesen.
die dll.conf ist passend eingestellt (sane-snapscan).
Ein Scanner wird gefunden.
Jedoch als root und normaler User bekomme ich jeweils:
