Override KDE4.13 - KDE4.2.0
When I install fresh suse 11.1 upgrade/update from KDE4.1.3 - 4.2.0 will it override and delete the old KDE version if not.
How can I delete the old version and put a new version

Whenever you install a packet, it will will replace the old version. Remember that configuration files (which are hidden in your /home-folder, for example /home/michael/.kde4) will not be replaced, so you won't need to reconfigure your settings. But you don't have to remove old versions before installing new ones (as long as packets are installed via your package-manager).

Your saying that if I`m going to http://www.opensuse.org or KDE web side,download and install the KDE4.2 it will replace it?

You should install any packet via your package manager (YaST / zipper). Beside that - yes.
