Keine Netzunterstützung nach Update von 9.3 auf 10.0

Unter 9.3 keine Netzwerkprobleme
IP:192.168.0.2
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Nach Updaten von suse9.3 auf 10.0 wird bei mir das Netzwerk nicht mehr gestartet. Die Konfiguration über Yast ist möglich.
Firewall ist ausgeschaltet.
Das Gerät ist ein Realtek RTL8129/8139
Der Name ist nicht mehr eth0 sondern:eth-bus-pci-0000:00:0a.0
ifconfig gibt folgendes aus:

Ich habe schon nach folgendem link verfahren:

Mein Kernel: kernel-default-2.6.13-15

Der Patch wird bei mir nicht installiert, sondern bricht mit error : V3 DSA signature: BAD, key ID 9c800aca

Was kann oder muß ich einstellen, damit mein Netz wieder arbeitet?

Netzwerkkarte wird erkannt aber nicht gestartet.
Ich habe in der Hardwareinformation nachgesehen und auch die Boot.msg duchgeschaut dabei bin ich auszugsweise auf folgende Meldungen gestossen:
