Knetwork-Manager funktioniert nach Neustart nicht [GELÖST]

Hallo,

habe n Upgrade von 10.1 auf Suse 10.2 durchgeführt (x86_64) und seitdem scheint das Modul für die Netzwerkkarte beim Neustart nicht mehr gefunden zu werden. Ich muss nach jedem Neustart ins Yast-Kontrollzentrum und dort unter Netzwerkgeräte auf Netzwerkkarte klicken. Danach stellt Knetworkmanager die Verbindung ohne Probleme her. In Yast is als Modul r1000 eingetragen - was unter 10.1 auch so war.

Aber ein modprobe r1000 bringt mir ein "Module r1000 not found".

Es muss aber doch vorhanden sein, ansonsten würde ich ja nicht nachdem ich mich durch Yast "geklickt" habe zu ner Verbindung kommen??

Wie bind ich das Modul nun gleich von Anfang an ein??

das kannst du bei yast einstellen wie du das handeln möchtest.

Unter dem Reiter allgemein stehen folgende Möglichkeiten:


Beim Systemstart
Bei Kabelanschluss
Falls hotplugged
manuell
etc.

Falls das Modul überhaupt vorhanden ist.

find /lib/modules/`uname -r` -name "*r1000*"

sollte jedenfalls eine positive Ausgabe liefern.

bringt keine Rückmeldung. Gehe mal davon aus, dass das bedeutet, dass das Modul vorhanden ist.

Das mit Yast hab ich schon probiert (auf "Benutzergesteuert" u.s.w gestellt).
Hat nich geholfen.

Sonst noch ne Idee??

Ohne Modul kann die Karte nicht laufen, das ist Dir klar?

Was für eine Karte ist denn da verstöpselt und welche Distribution/Kernelversion hast Du genau?

Oder im Klartext=> Was liefern:

hmm...ok.. aber die Karte läuft ja. Nur muss ich sie eben bei jedem Neustart über Yast "aktivieren".

Du könntest Dir natürlich auch mal die Ausgaben durchlesen, bevor Du sie postest, dann würdest Du sehen, mit welchem Modul die Karte laut Ausgabe wirklich betrieben wird.

jajaja... is ja schon gut. Ich hab schon nach der ersten Bemerkung von Rain_Maker verstanden, dass unter Yast der falsche Treiber eingetragen is ..müsst nich auch noch Salz in die Wunde streuen...

habs geändert und jetzt läuft alles wie es soll.

Und mit etwas Glück, fällt der Groschen auch noch bei jemand anderem.

BTW:

Wenn die Karte also nun unter openSUSE 10.2 mit dem r8169 läuft, dann ist es endlich vorbei mit dieser grusligen Selbstkompiliererei der r1000-Treiber. Das ist im Endeffekt die wichtigste Info aus diesem Thread.
