Nach einer Weile idle reagieren Maus und Tastatur nicht mehr (suse10.3_86). Woran könnte das liegen?

PS2. Wenn ich dann eine USB-Maus anstecke, passiert auch nichts (das Mauslicht leuchtet kurz auf und bleibt dann aus).
Nach dem nächsten Vorfall werde ich /var/log/messages studieren.

Maus und Tastatur sind wieder stecken geblieben.

Einen Tag lang hat alles funktioniert. Nach der Neuinstallation von der VBox (wegen Kernelupdate) blieb die Maus/Tastatur wieder stecken. Ist das Zufall oder hat es etwas mit der VBox zu tun?
