Nach Update: Viele Applikationen starten nicht mehr KDE 4.4

Hi,
nach einem Update starten viele Applikationen nicht mehr. z.B. Kopete oder systemsettings
Beim Start aus der Konsole kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

Wie kann ich das fixen?

Update von 4.3 auf 4.4 oder innerhalb 4.4?
Welche Repos? Kommen alle relevanten Pakete auch aus dem richtigen Repo? Welche OS-Version?

Könnte sein dass bei den Backports was schief läuft. Soweit ich weiß sind die gegen Default 11.2 gebaut und nicht den Factory Desktop. Schau mal welche Pakete von da kommen und ob die damit zusammenhängen können.

Ansonsten probier das Ganze mal unter einem anderen (neu angelegten) User.

Mit einem Test-User startet sowohl kopete als auch systemsettings.
Es muss also dementsprechend an den Einstellungen des Users liegen.
Muss ich jetzt alles (.config und .kde4) wegwerfen und neu konfigurieren, oder haste 'nen Tipp woran es liegen könnte?

Zur Konfiguration von KDE 4.4 kann ich momentan leider nicht viel sagen.
Wenn du der Sache auf den Grund gehen willst, würde ich innerhalb von ~/.kde4 die Ordner einzeln nacheinander umbenennen (bzw. zuerst mal den Ordner an sich) und dann jeweils einmal probieren ob's klappt.

Ansonsten schau mal in der KDE- oder Factory-Mailingliste bzw. dem Bugzilla ob da schon ein entsprechender Eintrag ist...

Also ich habe jetzt das .kde4-Verzeichnis gelöscht und so gut wie alle Programme neu konfiguriert.
Jetzt geht systemsettings wieder kopete verweigert aber weiteren die Zusammenarbeit.
Bei meiner Suche nach einer Lösung bin ich auf viele Postings gestoßen, wo Nutzer das Problem hatten, beim Starten von Applikationen eine Error message "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown" zu erhalten.

• Wo werden den die Services definiert?
• Wie kann man sich anschauen, welche definiert sind?
• Was hat dieses Update gemacht, das plötzlich Services fehlen?
