Probleme mit Auflösung bei Intel Onboard Grafik

Hallo Leute!
Ich habe seit des Updates von Opensuse(64bit) 12.3 auf 13.2 folgendes Problem:
Nach Spielen wie xmoto, neverputt oder supertuxkart wird die Auflösung auf 800x600 zurückgesetzt. Die Spiele selbst laufen ebenfalls alles andere als ruckelfrei. glxinfo oder /var/log/Xorg.0.log bieten keine Fehlermeldungen oder für mich erkennbare Ungereimtheiten. Ich benütze die Onboard-Grafik meines Intel Brettes. Welche weiteren infos werden benötigt oder gibt es aus der Glaskugel schon irgendwelche hilfreichen Tips?

Gemäß „Glaskugel“ hat dein Intel-Brett keine Onboard-Grafik. Die GPU sitzt gemeinsam mit der CPU auf dem Prozessor-Die.
Eine Onboard-Grafik wäre z.B. ein Intel GMA 4500 HD.

Die Grafikeinheit deines Intel Pentium G620 sollte eigentlich keinerlei Probleme machen.
Aber helfen kann ich dir nur insofern, als dass ich openSUSE13.1 mal testen würde. Die 13.2er ist mir persönlich ein Greul.

Mit "onboard"-Grafik miente ich eigentlich, dass es keine "zusätzliche" Grafikkarte gibt... naja was das betrifft, bin ich wohl eher im DAU - bereich anzusiedeln: "Aba I hab do mein Stecka in des Board nei g'steggt?!"
als dass ich openSUSE13.1 mal testen würde
Ich hab die 13.1er als 32bit installiert, aber die zickt noch mehr rum... wäre dann aber definitiv ein anderes Thema!

Es gibt Intel-Onboard-Grafik (GMA), die äußerst knifflig für 3D ist, deswegen meine Frage.
Aber die Grafik des Intel Sandy Bridge gehört nicht dazu, auch wenn die Intel HD2000 beim Pentium G gegenüber dem Core-i (minimal) abgespeckt ist.

Meinerseits nicht. Es sind dieselben HW-Informationen, die du schon vorher gegeben hast. Ich hätte nichts anderes erwartet.
Probier's doch mal mit SuSE13.1. – Dann gibt's noch viel mehr Leute, die dir weiterhelfen können. ;)

Zeige zur Sicherheit /var/log/Xorg.0.log (unter Beachtung von http://forum.linux-club.de/viewtopic.php?f=94&t=101323). i915 funktioniert bei mir bei allen bisher verwendeten Kernel (3.11, 3.16, 3.17 und 3.18) problemlos, hat sich vielleicht Dein Prozessor ein Leiden zugezogen?
