since KDE 4.7/8 on SuSE12.1 killswitch opens "run command"

Hi everybody ...

since my new openSUSE 12.1 installation I have one small problem on my ASUS F3jp Notebook ...

if I use my hardware killswitch for WLAN/BT on the front in KDE the commandline interface line (at the top of screen) pops up ... focus is on desktop ... if another program has focus like firefox nothing happens.

I searched the web and different forums ... no idee :-(

Anybody here for me to help or has a tip where to search config ... tried serveral possible thing ... but no luck
