[solved] Kann k3b nicht installen

Wenn ich bei k3b 0.11.12

./configure --prefix=/opt/kde3/

mache kommt am ende die Meldung

checking for rpath... yes
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

Ich benutze SuSE 9.1 pro und KDE 3.2.3

Was mach ich falsch?

installiere kdebase3-devel und kdelibs3-devel.

Oder sauge hier: http://packman.iu-bremen.de/suse/9.1/i586/ .
