Moin,
also ich hab da ein Problem mit dem Mounten meiner USB und CD Gerätschaften. Ich hab hier schon das Forum durchstöbert aber auf Grund fehlender Konsolen Kentnisse und blutigen Anfängerstatus (halbes Jahr auf SUSE) noch keinen Erfolg gehabt.
Also wenn ich eine CD einlege oder ein USB Gerät anschliesse müsste doch eigentlich auf dem Desktop ein Link erscheinen über den ich dann zu dem Gerät gelange und genau das passiert nicht. Sicherlich sollte ich noch dazu sagen das das erst seit dem Online Update von SUSE so ist. Kein Update von 10.1 auf 10.2!

314 MB-RAM
20GB HDD
Ati Grafik 32MB

Also meine Frage wäre jetz warum das so ist und wie ich das wieder so hinbekomme das die Gemountet werden?
Hab mich mal an der Konsole versucht:
lsusb
grep usb /var/log/messages
Zu den CD Laufweken, da weis ich nich was ich in die Konsole eingeben soll. Hab ein CD und ein DVD Laufwerk.
Ich hoffe ich mach euch die Suche nach dem Problem etwas einfacher.
