kaffeine stürzt ab, wenn mp3 abgespielt werden soll

Hallo,

wie in der Überschrift bereits angedeutet, stürzt mir kaffeine ab, wenn eine mp3-Datei zum abspielen ausgewählt wird. Gleiches gilt im Übrigen für das Programm xine-ui.

Amarok und der MPlayer spielen mp3-Dateien ohne Probleme ab.

Alle Pakete sind von Pakman.

Führ Kaffeine mal in der Konsole aus die Fehlermeldung sagt mir nicht viel.
Welche Version ist das?

Hallo,

also wenn ich kaffeine auf der konsole eine mp3-Datei mitgebe, stürzt das Programm ab und zeigt

Fatal IO error: client killed

an. Videos werden übrigens ohne Probs abgespielt. Wenn ich kaffeine auf der konsole ohne mp3-datei starte, geht auch alles ohne Probleme, bis ich eine mp3 zum abspielen auswähle.

kaffeine liegt hier in der Version 0.8.6 von packman vor.
xine-ui liegt als 0.99.5cvs-20071014.pm vor.

1. Nein 32bit.
2. KDE wird benutzt, und zwar in Version 3.5.7

Sorry da bin ich etwas Ratlos vor allem wenn Amarok mit mp3 funktioniert und Kaffeine sonst auch.

Vielleicht kann ein anderer mit der nicht gerade üppigen Fehlermeldung was anfangen.
Du benutzt aber alsa als Sound Daemon oder?
