Problem mit NTOP!

Wenn ich ntop starten will bekomme ich immer diese Ausgabe...

Ich kann auf ntop nicht zugreifen(also über webbrowser)

wie kann ich also ntop wieder zum laufen bekommen?

Subnetz mit angeben?
Guck doch mal ob du parameter (wenn rpm installation) in der /etc/sysconfig/ntop stehen hast (wegen traffic dumpfile etc)

Ich habe ntop mit diesem Befehl ja schon mal gestartet gehabt.
ntop -u root -w 85.25.149.144:3000

Nur das ich halt noch -d drangehängt habe...(also ntop -u root -w 85.25.149.144:3000-d)

das bedeutet es wird als deamon gestartet...


Seitdem kann ich es nicht mehr starten

Ich habe auch schon die befehle service ntop start
und service ntop stop eingegeben....
aber ntop will einfach nicht mehr starten...

Weis jemand vielleicht wie ich ntop komplett löschen kann also ohne rückstände und dann wieder neu installieren kann?

Tippe mal drauf, dass bereits ein NTOP laeuft und den Port 3000 blockiert.

Probiers mal mit diesem Aufruf:

ntop -t 1 -d --use-syslog=local2 --instance=ntop -u root -w 85.25.149.144:3001

Und guck mal in /var/log/messages

t1 ist trace1, geht 1-6 6 ist das geschwätzigste
