Programme startennicht mehr nach update

Hallo Leute
Bitte um hilfe da ich plötzlich nach dem update Programme nicht mehr starten kann

Habe suse 10.2 und habe einen system update gemacht und plötzlich lassen sich manchen Programme nicht mehr starten.. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung: MIME-Typ auffindbar applicaion/octet-stream und "keine MIME Typen installiert" und bei kmail kann man nichts mehr konfigurieren bein "Einstellungen -> Kmail einrichten"

Wenn ich zB "Kile" starten will, dann komt die Meldung "UNzulässige Adresse (URL) file:///home/grisse" ... wenn ich das programm aber unter root ausführe dann geht es...


Ich hoffe jemandkann mir helfen da ich die programme dringend brauche und shcon ganz verzweifelt bin

jetzt habe ich es so hinbekommen dass alles wieder geht bis auf Kmail
ich komm zwar wieder an die einstellungen aber kann die mails nicht senden bzw abrufen... in der statuszeile ist immer das zeichen dass ich ofline bin
und Kontact funktioniert auch nicht.... der crashed immer beim start mit folgender meldung

Welche KDE-Version hast du denn? Wahrscheinlich KDE3.5.7 da braucht du dich nicht wundern such mal nach Problemen nach KDE im Forum, da findest du alles was damit zusammenhängt.

hab auf der seite opensuse.org ein paar neue installationsquellen gefunden und von dort upgedatet. das verlief ja alles auch gut nur hatte ich dann eben die Probleme wobei mir zur zeit nur das kmail und kontact mehr probleme machen..

Kann mir jemand sagen welche packte zu kontact und kmail gehören und wie die heisen ?
Will sie nochmals mit der orginal dvd updaten..

jetzt habe ich das Programm Kontact starten wollen und dann bekam ich folgende Fehlermeldung

naja hatte ich oben ja schon geschrieben, das es vermutlich ein Problem mit KDE 3.5.6773848 war. Aber naja hilft ja alles nix.

I have now changed back to the original 3.5.5 packages of openSUSE and kontact
does not crash.

I was using the latest packages on the openSUSE Build Service for KDE and
notifying you there is a problem with kontact.

If you don't accept this as being a bug on openSUSE 10.2 how do I inform you
that there is a problem with the KDE in the Build Service or do I file a bug
with the KDE developers?

the packages in the build service as provided as is. It's perfectly fine to notify us if there is a problem, but it's also perfectly fine for us to INVALID
it if it's only happening there. So let them coming - but be ready to go
backward if it does not work.

meine Frage war vielmehr wie ich das wieder rückgängig machen kann...
