Suse10.1 KWIFI Wep immer ON ?!

Ich weiss nicht mehr weiter. Bin diese Woche von Suse10.0 auf 10.1 umgestiegen. Bei Suse 10.0 lief alles. Habe ein HP nx6125 auch mit Broadcom chip. Benutze den ndiswrapper zum Laden des 64-bit Treibers und Kwifi zum scannen und Anzeigen der Wlans. Kwifi findet zum einen nur im Root-Modus WLan-Netzwerke, zum anderen werden alle Wlan mit WEP ON angezeigt. Es ist mir daher nicht möglich zu offnen Wlans eine Verbindung herzustellen. Habe mehrere offene WLans ausprobiert auch einenT-Com-Hotspot. Falsche Einstellungen meinerseits oder Bug?

Suse 10.1 hat 2 Möglichkeiten, entweder über KNetworkmanager oder über den alten Weg wie bisher über KInternet.
Habe schon desöfteren gehört das KNetworkmanager noch Probleme macht.
Was benutzt Du ?
 
Ich hatte versucht mit dem Knetworkmanager eine Verbindung aufzubauen. Da ich mein System mittlerweile schon mehrmals aufgsetzt habe, stehen mir die logs leider nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, lief der Fortschrittsbalken bis 28 % und in der Log stand dann etwas mit Phase 4, >60s und timeout.

Wenn ich dazu komme werde ich diese Woche nochmal den Knetworkmanger und Kinternet testen.Fahre demnächst wieder nach Hagen zur Uni und werde mich dann da auch mal mittles Ciso VPN einloggen.
 
kann leider den Knetworkmanager nicht mehr testen, weil er gar nicht mehr läuft?!
