EDIT: Wenn rpm Installation meckert dann installiere von der Seite: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Akoellh/openSUSE_11.0_Update/noarch/ auch das Key
Das Key liegt im Ordner repodata/ Datei Name: repomd.xml.key Die Datei auf USB-Stick abspeichern und auf der Konsole installieren mit:

ok installation hat auch ohne den key geklappt
aber bei yast habe ich immer nur noch den etherne controller.

Versuche folgendes:
PC ausschalten und alles aus den USB Steckern abziehen (außer Tastatur und Maus), lasse nur Dein
T-Sinus 154 Stick drin. Melde dich als Benutzer root mit root-Passwort und wiederhole die ganze Prozedur. Ersetze das Kommando dmesg | tail -n 40 durch

Und die Dateisysteme auf dem USB-Stick sowie auf sdb1 würde ich mir auch mal genauer anschauen:
