Hallo,

wie gesagt ich warte noch. Ich kenne keine neue Software die per sofort ohne Probleme veröffentlicht wurde. Nicht dass ich mich beschweren will -davon bin ich weit entfernt- aber dass ist leider unvermeidbar, dass erst die große Anzahl an user Probleme entdeckt.

Die Installation hat hervorragend geklappt, alles wurde automatisch übernommen, Lesezeichen, Addons. Ja, der neue Fuchs ist schneller, nicht nur gefühlt. Jetzt werde ich noch das Drucken testen.

Bei mir druckt er tadellos und einwandfrei, weshalb ich mir nicht sicher bin, das der Fuchs schuld ist.

die schmiert bei mir ab und zu mit Speicherfehler ab. Das hat die Alte nicht gemacht und mein schönes Theme ist noch nicht kompatibel. Aber ich hoffe das kommt bald, sobald es den Autor interessiert... hoffentlich bald :)

Bei mir wird die Adressleiste bei https nicht mehr farbig hinterlegt. Kann man das irgendwo einstellen? Über about:config habe ich nichts passendes gefunden.

Kann es sein dass der Firefox noch ziemlich denglisch daherkommt?
Die Benutzeroberfläche sieht auf den ersten Blick zwar Englisch aus (Deutsch wäre mir lieber, ich finde den aber irgendwie nicht), aber wenn ich ins Menü "Edit" gehe, stehen da auf einmal "Alles markieren" und "Suchen" xD Und bei "View" gibts auch das Untermenü "Zeichenkodierung". Irgendwas stimmt doch da nicht.

nun wollte ich es auch wissen und ahbe heute den FF3.0 per Yast eingespielt. Das Lustige daran war dass er mir als FF 2.0.0.0.15 Patch verkauft wurde! Um es kurz zu machen...beim Drucken stürzt FF3.0 auch ab. Zum Glück brauche ich diese Funktion nicht. Dass das beim Testen nicht aufgefallen ist :?: ......

Habt ihr schon was von einen Patch gehört?

Aber er ist etwas schneller geworden und hat alle Einstellungen tadellos übernommen. Also hier wurde gute Arbeit geleistet.

Öffnet sich bei euch auch Nautilus, wenn ihr den "Beinhaltenden Ordner" eines Downloads öffnen wollt? Ich hab jetzt endlich die Lösung dafür gefunden!
1. Nautilus öffnen! :D
2. Rechte Maustaste auf irgendeinen Order und Eigenschaften öffnen.
3. Reiter "Öffnen mit" und Konqueror auswählen.

Nautilus hat mich wirklich genervt!!

Das passiert aber nur dann, wenn man alle möglichen zusätzlichen Repos (in diesem speziellen Fall das Mozilla-Repo) aktiviert hat und dann beim Online-Update wild auf alles klickt was sich bewegt, ohne sich mal genauer anzusehen, was denn da wirklich installiert werden soll. :lol:

Wenn man dagegen vorher das Mozilla-Repo deaktiviert hat, weil da momentan sowieso nur 3er Versionen angeboten werden die man ja wegen der Druckprobleme (zumindest bei der 10.2 - bei der 11.0 geht das problemlos) eh' nicht haben will, dann klappt das auch mit dem Update: :D

Hallo Rainer,

da hast du was falsch verstanden. Ich habe ihn mit Absicht ja installiert, da ich wissen wollte was denn anders ist, bzw ob auch bei meinen System Druck Probleme dann herrschen. Ergebnis siehe oben. In der Zwischenzeit läuft ja schon wieder FF 2.0.0.15 und das ohne Druckprobleme.

Zeitweise steht der FF3 bei mir still - soll aber bei openSUSE 11 besser sein, das halt ich noch aus bis mir mal so eine DVD in die Finger fällt, ist bestimmt bei der c't mal eine dabei.

Bei der Easy Linux liegt die 11 in 32 und 64 Bit bei. Hab ich heute beim Einkaufen eine mitgenommen!

--> Easy Linux Edition 2x 4,7 GB
